Shipping Information

In order to shorten the delivery time all orders are shipped using DHL Courier, a very safe and fast shipping option. After receiving a shipping confirmation, your parcel will be delivered in 30 working days (within the EU). Shipping costs may vary depending on location of you.

Shipping within 3 days means that we guarantee that the parcel will be handed to DHL in 3 calendar days from the moment you pay for your order. If that day is on weekend or bank holiday, the parcel will be handed on the next working day. If you order multiple products, the parcel will be shipped when all of the products are ready.

Sometimes a print is not in stock and it has to be printed. If this is the case, you will be notified with an indication of the delivery time.

As soon as the parcel is shipped you will get a confirmation e-mail with the shipping number that will let you track your order on the DHL website.

When the courier delivers you your order, please verify that the parcel is intact. Now when everything is fine, the print is ready to hang on the wall!

If you decide to buy the print without the frame, it will be shipped to you in an extra strong protective box and not in a cardboard tube (to protect against any damages).

 

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days from receiving the placed order. In order to request a return, please contact us via e-mail: gallery@vandorsenartists.com.
We will send you a return form, which should be sent to us together with the purchased good, to the address specified in the return form. 

You will receive information about the status of the return request within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the parcel by us. After an approval, we will reimburse the full price paid for the purchased good. If payment was made using a credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.

If the parcel is damaged during transport to you, you are obliged to prepare a damage report, together with the courier. The damage report will serve as a basis for the return request.

We have the right to refuse to accept the return, if the return was made after the allowed time, or the purchased goods were in some way deficient.
